Lovin' it: The Damned

The Damned, a new Men's shoe brand from famed footwear designer Jeffery Campbell launches its debut collection today with the release of their 2012 lookbook. Here are a few of our favorite shots from this up and coming label.

A British invasion is happening at our ALTER Men's shop this season with the arrival of J.Shoes to our Fall 2011 lineup. In its second season at the shop J.Shoes joins its fellow UK brands Dr. Martens (debuting this season) and TOPMAN (brand new delivery on the floor. Images up soon)

New Arrival: John Fluevog Shoes for Men

John Fluevog Headliners March Boot in Tan leather $295.00

The March boot design by John Fluevog is named after the 1932 Oscar wining actor Fredric March for his role in Dr. Jekyll and Mr Hyde. This boot has a  slightly Victorian feel but is modernized with the choice of materials and design. A canvas fabric funnels from within the boot and is hugged by the softest leather you have ever felt. The exaggerated raw leather laces add a layered look by allowing you to wrap them around the ankle and even around the under part of the boot. For a more conservative look you can cut the length of the laces to your liking.

All the soles of the Headliners series have a bright blue rubber sole which showcases the craftsmanship of the finishing.

John Fluevog Headliners Gable Shoe in Navy $235.00

Named after the famed actor Clark Gable this chic lace up shoe was designed with a soft and weathered looking navy leather. The color is subtle enough to wear to the office but yet bold enough to have you stand out in a crowd of fashionable gents.

As in the March Boot, the laces are long enough to create a layered look. Feel free to cut them down if you want a more of a cleaner silhouette.
